Taking photos in the evening with bad light is not the smartest idea, however I did my best.
I wanted to try honey vinaigrette to see how well it works with food so the salad was a bunch of fruit and vegetables I found in the fridge. Here are the ingredients:
- Green salad leaves
- Sheep cheese (I used bryndza)
For the honey vinaigrette take 3 spoons of cider vinegar, 3 spoons of extra virgin olive oil, and 1 spoon of honey. I used acacia honey as it has very subtle flavor and it is always liquid. Whisk it all together and use it for dressing.
We then took a jar of raspberry and blackberry honey delight, brew a teapot of green tea and had it all for dessert.
